What we’re looking for IN A Junior Designer

 
  • 2-3 years of experience would be ideal.

    • If you have less, and you’re great - that’s good.

  • Attention to detail.

    • Able to understand and follow Brand Guidelines.

    • Know how to use Adobe Creative Suite - mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Part of the team.

    • Work with team on designs.

    • Will need to present internally and talk through reasoning behind design choices.

    • Support team members with design needs.
